Thankful Trees

On Veteran's Day last week when we had no school, the daycare crew did a fun project. They made "Thankful Trees". I ordered the kits from Oriental Trading and with some help, we all put them together. It was fun to listen to the kids come up with a list of almost 20 things they are thankful for - they had really great lists!

So, what are you thankful for as we approach Thanksgiving?

The trees are REALLY very pretty, too. Wow, it's a good thing to think about...There are so many obvious things I'm thankful for...EACH AND EVERY ONE IN MY FAMILY...of course...shelter, work, vehicles, pets, food. Much more fun to be really specific but I can't be here all night. Thanks for the reminder, Kelli, to be purposely thankful!!

We truly do have SO much to be thankful for, don't we? Especially our sweet kiddos! LOVE the trees! Very cute idea! :)
