Emmy and Sophie
I found a few minutes to post some of the pictures we took during Valentine's day week. The big kids had fun making heart-shaped felt Valentine holders and the younger kids enjoyed painting paper plate hearts to hold their valentines. Thanks to everyone who sent valentines to share - the younger kids especially enjoy this chance to exchange valentines and celebrate. They had a fun day!
And just an update so that everyone is aware of the schedule this week: there is no school Thursday and Friday. So Bria, Emma, Maddi, Max and Lexie will be here all day on Thursday and Bria, Emma and Maddi will be here all day on Friday. We will have a full house and I think it is supposed to be pretty cold those two days as well, so I am designating Friday as a moview day - everyone may bring 1 of their favorite movies to share. Just no "Bratz" or "Power Rangers"! Thanks! And also if parents could help me out by reminding the school-age kids that naptime is in the afternoon, so there will be some down, quiet, movie time at some point both afternoons. Thanks for everyone's cooperation as we work around having all the kids here - it always works out just fine..... it just takes a little more planning on my part! 10 kids all day is different than 5 kids all day!
