I heard on the radio this morning that it was 100 years ago today that the Chicago Cubs won the World Series. . . . . someday it will happen again. . . . true Cubs fans never give up hope!

I must say that I am truly heartbroken. I thought that we would make the curse end this year! AAAHHHHH!!! It's so hard to be a Cubbies fan. But, yes, "there's always next year!" =)
I must admit I haven't followed baseball very well this year, but I only got to see part of one game in the playoffs and the next thing I knew they'd been swept. So sad. But once a Cub fan, always a Cub fan!!!
